Mary Ann Hammel

Mary Ann Hammel graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991.  She is counsel for and the manager of Mid-Atlantic Title, Commercial Title Company, and Chesapeake Title Company.  Since 1992, her law practice has also been devoted to lender representation, loan documentation, conveyancing, residential construction and development transactions, and a variety of commercial transactions.  Ms. Hammel handles all aspects of complicated commercial transactions, and related services such as entity formation and structuring, and asset transfers.
